Orders not syncing

If Orders stays empty or stalls, verify the store is connected, sync is not blocked, you are under trial/plan limits, and the platform plugin or OAuth session is healthy.

Steps

  1. Check Connect store status. Open /app/stores. Confirm the store is connected. Re-run product/order sync and watch SyncProgress for failure messages.
  2. Rule out trial / plan caps. Trial stops imports at 300 orders with the trial order-cap message. Paid plans enforce store slot limits (“Upgrade to {plan}” / “Needs upgrade”).
  3. Re-auth the platform. Shopify/BigCommerce: restart OAuth. WooCommerce: confirm license + plugin provision token in Profit Bid → Settings. PrestaShop/Shopware/OpenCart: generate a fresh pairing code and reconnect.
  4. Confirm storefront reachability. Store URL must be HTTPS and reachable by Profit Bid callbacks/webhooks. Firewall or basic-auth in front of wp-json / module endpoints will block sync.

Signals in the UI

Look for syncBlocked on the store, failed sync job messages on Products, reconnect banners (especially OpenCart), and empty Orders despite successful product sync — that usually means order API permissions or webhook delivery failed after catalog sync.

After orders return

Re-check COGS on new SKUs and Conversions sent — a sync gap often creates a matching upload gap for the same dates.
