Multi-store & agency workspaces

Stores belong to an organization/license (max 6). Agencies use /app/agency for licenses, campaigns, invoices, and Stripe Connect; clients approve access under Agency Requests.

Organization & store limits

Users work inside an organization (pb_organization_id / x-organization-id). Stores hang off licenses. MAX_CONNECTED_STORES_PER_LICENSE = 6. Plan slots: Starter 1, Growth 2, Pro 4, Scale/Enterprise 6. Trial: 1 store; platforms selected at signup set allowed_platforms.

Profit settings in Settings apply across connected stores in the org. Google Ads conversion mapping remains per store. Orders supports store filters when multiple shops are connected.

Manage Licenses — /app/agency/licenses (create/claim; Stripe Connect required to create)

Client side: Agency Requests — /app/agency-requests (approve / reject / revoke campaign access)

Google Ads for agencies

Use MCC + per-store conversion mapping. Client approval flows live under Google Ads agency-requests and Agency Requests so access is explicit — do not share a single personal OAuth across unrelated client orgs.
