Multi-store & agency workspaces

Stores belong to an organization/license (max 6). Agencies use /app/agency for licenses, campaigns, invoices, and Stripe Connect; clients approve access under Agency Requests.

Organization & store limits

Users work inside an organization (pb_organization_id / x-organization-id). Stores hang off licenses. MAX_CONNECTED_STORES_PER_LICENSE = 6. Plan slots: Starter 1, Growth 2, Pro 4, Scale/Enterprise 6. Trial: 1 store; store platform is chosen in onboarding (updates license allowed_platforms — types, not one-store-per-type).

Slots are a count: Growth can connect 2 Shopify stores (or 1 Shopify + 1 Woo, etc.). Scale can connect up to 6 stores of the same type or any mix. Stripe billing shares one subscription across those shops; Shopify App Pricing keeps one shop as the billing identity while extra Shopify shops use remaining slots.

Profit settings in Settings apply across connected stores in the org. Google Ads conversion mapping remains per store. Orders supports store filters when multiple shops are connected.

Google Ads for agencies

Use MCC + per-store conversion mapping. Client approval flows live under Google Ads agency-requests and Agency Requests so access is explicit — do not share a single personal OAuth across unrelated client orgs.
